About us
tutti.frutti is a project by Bauen Games, a small team born in Argentina with a simple idea: playing with friends should always be just a link away, wherever you are.
How tutti.frutti started
Stop (we call it tutti frutti in Argentina) is a game almost all of us learned with pen and paper: at the dinner table, during school breaks or on a long road trip. It was always with us, but getting everyone around the same table kept getting harder. Friends who moved away, family in other cities, groups that only meet on video calls.
So we built tutti.frutti: the same round as always, with a random letter, the clock ticking and someone shouting "Stop!", but playable from any phone or computer, with nothing to download and no endless arguments about whether a word counts.
What we want to achieve
We believe the best moments are the ones we share. Our goal is to bring people together through something as simple as having fun with friends: turning a group chat into a game, ending a family video call in laughter, and helping people from different countries discover that the same game is called Stop, Tutti Frutti or Basta.
We started in Argentina, and tutti.frutti is now played across Latin America and Spain, and in English and Portuguese too.
What we care about
- Free and simple. It runs in the browser, with no account or password. We only ask for a name for the game.
- Fair games. Letters are drawn without repeats, the round ends for everyone at the same time and, when in doubt, an AI judge decides using the same criteria for everyone.
- Your privacy. We don't sell data, and we explain what information we use in our privacy policy.
- Keeping it free. The site is supported by ads, so anyone can play without paying.
